CurrentContrary to what some people may have experienced when buying or selling homes, it is very important for Ralph that their clients not feel pressure. "I'm here if you need me,” says Ralph. "But I'm doing it because I love to do it, and I think that makes a big difference.” When asked about his favourite aspect of the job, he answered without hesitation: “The People". And of course, being able to find a match between Buyer and Seller and witnessing how happy they both are. “Those are the times that make all the work we do worthwhile". When not working to sell or trying to find the perfect homes for his clients, Ralph, a pilot, flying instructor, actor, filmmaker and artist, can often be found on his jet ski towing his grandchildren on an 8-person banana boat on the Scoudouc River in Shediac.Ralph and Jan (his wife of 40 years) are heavily involved in the community and have supported various causes over the years. Helping to raise funds to support the new building in Shediac for the Beausejour Family Crisis Resource Centre, to bring in Marielle, a Courthouse Dog who gives comfort to victims of violence when testifying in court, and sponsoring a family every year at Christmas time are three such causes.He shares the above with his business partner of 10 years, Norah Higgerty.
