I was involved with all facets of HR assisting the HR Manager with recruitment, reporting, performance reviews, OH&S and payroll. This is an all-round position working across numerous sites for Airmaster including offices nation wide.

Mainly targeting Sales and Marketing, I specialise in recruiting temporary and permanent candidates for bulk Call Centre , Sales Representatives, BDM's, Account Managers and Marketing positions. This involved the full 360 recruitment process from sourcing candidates, job ad writing, reference checks, managing accounts, handling payroll information and ensuring candidates start on their first day.

Working as a Resourcer involved sourcing candidates for numerous roles and positions. Mainly specialising the Sales and Marketing industry, I was working with Senior Recruitment Consultants to source candidates, write job ads and complete reference checks.

This role involved all facets of Human Resources including recruitment, reporting, analysis, culture initiatives, OH&S, performance management and new employee induction.
