Developing and maintaining a Risk & Opportunities Register and communication through the project team..Planning – Develop and Maintain the Project Execution Plan (PEP), Project Programme using Microsoft Project and Process Mapping using Visio. All other necessary documentation for control and reporting purposes. Financial Management – Develop Project Budget on both Capex and Revenue work streams. Maintaining a spend matrix in line with cash flow and financial reporting periods.Configuration Management - Develop document control systems using Prince 2 methodologies and SharePointContract Management – Managing contractual arrangements with suppliers and outsourced third parties.Reporting – Writing reports and communications for both internal and external audience using Prince 2 formats. Audience include Project Sponsors/Executive, CEO’s, Managing Directors, Elected Members, Trade Unions, Team Members, Pressure Groups and Project StakeholdersProcurement – Procuring of goods and services throughout the project life cycle.Transition Management – Manage and re-engineer business and organisation change. Integration and rationalisation of departmental business functions.
