Due to dramatic improvements, was selected to move after only 9 months to Clayton, NC, to assist in a plant turnaround due to the leadership there failure to manufacture very complex new designs while undergoing a radical transformation of the manufacturing processes simultaneously. Within 6 months, working with all plant resources, we developed and implemented a program to upgrade internal skills to deal with new processes and product technologies while insuring that the waste treatment operation remained in compliance with regulations and shipment of product came back into required levels. Continuous efforts by team resulted in world class operations by 1988.
