Shaped the Customer Service Department / Inside Sales of West NL, increasing service level, order wins (thus revenue) and Customer Relation.

Together with a solid team of approximately 30 - 35 FTE's, I managed the Special Business Logistics Department of DHL Global Forwarding. We provided value adding solutions for the special accounts that required them. 80% of the accounts we hosted at my department were multinationals out of the Consumer Electronic and Life Science & Healtcare corners of the logistics market.A brief example of the services me and my team provided are: Control Tower set up, Merge in transit, X-docking, RMA processes, Warehousing solutions, Break bulk, EDI set up, Ad hoc request etc. Basically all import and export (straight) forwarding plus anything else the customers or business would require.

Linking various customers to the logistic services provided by DHL. Set up, or grew the relation by creating a partnership between customer and logistics provider.Developped and implemented SOP's/SLA's and the agreed to KPI's, which we evaluated with the help of regular business reviews / QBR's.

Logistics Supervisor, managing 3 seperated OPS teams (appr. 15 FTE's), within the Special Business dept. of DHL Global Forwarding. Warehousing & Distribution, X-docking, RMA processing and project based logistics were predominantly what I was supervising (and hands-on doing), during my working days.
