I was hired as an Assistant Manager in October of 2011 and was promoted to General Manager in November 2011. We were immediately profitable and I was able to change procedures to correct a huge security problem the business had been facing.

I started this company when the past company I worked at closed its doors. I was able to secure several vendors and customers who I had brought aboard at my last position to help me get started. I was profitable the first year and every year until 2010 when the economy and several declining markets in the specialty field led me to sell to a fellow.
