* Check and review product specifications all received WO documents from Project Management Unit (PMU) to complete design project. * Prepare detailed shop drawings as per client requirement and cautiously incorporate client & project standards to reflect technical information. * Submit detailed shop drawings with transmittal sheet and checklist guidelines to Project Management Unit. * Report to Engineering Head Supervisor and all concerned personnel if there’s any non-standard or contradicting comments or requirements shown on approved shop drawings that does not conform to KMI standard and products standard requirements. * Prepare manufacturing drawings in conjunction with the drawing guidelines as per approved shop drawings. * Prepare HW templates drawings based on actual measurement of received hardware samples. * Simulate non-standard products using 3D modeling and prepare mock-up sample for product validation and testing. * Check DXF drawings and verify with respect to the Checklist for Cutting List the prepared manufacturing drawings and shearing schedule to ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, hardware schedule and as per customer requirement. * Prepare Bill of Material and evaluate the required material to be purchased or fabricated as per the budget cost of the design project.
