After the initial success of the system is was decided to further renovate the facility and program so as to more fully serve the needs of the students and community. Again, I was contracted to provide the overall management of both the renovation and educational programs.In 2017 after completing the exterior building replacement (glass with polycarbonate) through a series of grants I had acquired; we were successful in finding a qualified instructor for the facility. In completing this phase, I had fulfilled my goals and transitioned out of the process.

Re-developing an on-campus facility, the Choffin Aquaponic Institute was the first of its kind in the state of Ohio. High School level students began to attend. The first class size was 25!Under the aegis of Aquaponitech, I was the System Architect and Project Manager for the facility/program.
