Main activities and responsibilities as a Legal adviser:- Assisting the Head of Legal and Compliance;- Preparing contracts, annexes, legal opinions and other documents related to the company’s activities and needs;- Document coordination;- Correspondence with government authorities;- Participating in updating internal company documents;- Managing the entire process of reviewing and responding to customer complaints submitted to the company and/or Financial Supervision Commission (FSC);- Contributing to the preparation of General and Special Terms and conditions of insurance products;- Participating in GDPR training sessions.Main activities and responsibilities as a Secretary to the Board of Directors (BoD):- Sending the invitation for the meetings to BoD members;- Sending the materials for the announced meeting agendas;- participating in the BoD meetings, including drafting the protocols;- Maintaining a register of decisions and keeping an up-to-date electronic archive;- Organizing and processing correspondence from and to the BoD;- Preparing extracts from the meeting protocols and sending them to the designated person;- Providing adopted internal organizational documents for registration in the company’s filing system, distributing them among the interested parties, filing them appropriately and timely reflecting changes in the electronic document register.
