Currently working on the SEIN (Systems Engineering and Integration for the NSG) program supporting the IC ITE Enterprise Management (EMT) project. On IC EMT, providing systems engineering and project management for IC EMT activities. Responsible for tracking, managing, and resolving technical issues. Other duties include:* Strong knowledge of Intelligence Community (IC) Information Technology Enterprise (ITE), Service Providers and common service offerings to include DTE, AML, GCL, EMT, NRE, C2S, IAA, and SCSP.* Experienced with joint program management offices and cross agency collaboration and coordination efforts in support of IC ITE.* Developed several key programmatic documents to include concept of operations (CONOPS), Systems Engineering Plan (SEP), Data Management Plan (DMP) and transition plan.* Conduct project planning and execution activities to include, requirement gathering, and creation of functional requirement documents, analysis of alternatives, business plan creation, risk identification and process improvement.* Experience working Enterprise Architecture documentation based on the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and the IC Program Architecture Guide (PAG).* Set and continually manage stakeholder and customer expectations in an agile environment by implementing effective communication.* Provide weekly project status updates to senior management, identifying project issues, risk, and opportunities.* Possess a strong understanding of the ITIL framework to include incident management, problem management, change management, knowledge management and event management.Also support OGSystems'​ corporate activities. Participate in proposal activities to support corporate growth to include Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses. Also, give Brown Bag presentations on OGS's data analytics VIPER lab initiatives.

Responsibilities include providing support of operating advanced GEOINT sensors to collect data for customer programs, including software development efforts, hardware systems, and science & phenomenology experiments. Other duties include performing on-site data processing and exploitation, support in-field customer activities as required, perform ground truth and quality assurance on GEOINT sensor data, and develop and integrate LIDAR-derived products for future customer production applications.

As an Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) for the acquisition of the GCSS-MC\LCM Block 1 program, Mr. Mitchell was responsible for supporting the Systems Engineering process by capturing and refining Information Assurance (IA) requirements, assisting with the integration of the IA requirements into development processes through purposeful security design and configuration, assisting in the System Security Architecture Design, and assisting the material developer with the implementation of Marine Corps Security Best practices.

Primarily worked with the Defense Messaging System (DMS) Team. Specifically, worked as the product lead for several of the DMS products.Also worked as the Information Security Lead for the CIO/SETA organization to the National Virtual Translation Center (NVTC), in which was responsible for defining and implementing the Security posture of the NVTC.
