Enforcing German HR practices and policies, providing HR guidance to employees and local HR and assisting HR managers, line managers and employees in regards to HR admin activities;Developing and holding presentations and trainings to internal or external customers (Local HR teams, managers and employees across EMEA) on HR processes and policies;Running employment reports, preparing analysis and stats for internal use and Local HR and ensuring accurate and timely execution of all HR transactions in time for Payroll;Owning several processes including leave and absence management, exits management, office relocation, health management;Keeping correspondence with a multitude of interested parties across Oracle Germany: Payroll, Compensation & Benefits; Global Mobility; Local HR & HR Business Partners etc;Reviewing internal processes and procedures and work with local HR Operations on standardizing them by developing and implementing standard approaches, applications and processes;Issuing various documentation (employee certificates, offer letters, addenda to contracts of employment etc.) and working closely with the Country HR to ensure the integrity of data.

As Revenue Recognition/Accounting Analysts:- Keeping Oracle in compliance with US GAAP, SEC, International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS"), and Oracle’s Revenue Recognition and Corporate policies, adjusting the amount of revenue recognized and reconciling balance sheet account(s) as necessary.- Processing and monitoring revenue, receivables, and unearned accounts on a daily basis to ensure the revenue impacting adjustments are recorded accurately and timely.- We are involved in Contract negotiation to identify the potential revenue recognition risk(s) associated to any non-standard terms and/or document structure.- Teaming up with various internal stakeholders (Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collections, Deal Management, Legal, Sales, Treasury, etc.) to help resolve related revenue recognition inquiries and revenue recognition issues.-Automating and improving current processes and procedures.

- Receiving sales’ requests and draft contracts according to their needs and Oracle policies, in German. - Helping and guiding sales representatives in understanding and applying Oracle`s Business Practices and ensure any potential risk is mitigated.- Assisting sales representatives in negotiating general Terms and Conditions (e.g. Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Rights Granted, etc)-Liaising with other internal departments such as Legal Department, License Management, Revenue Recognition, Credit and Collections etc to ensure the contracts are aligned with their respective requirements.- Providing sales with alternative solutions during the negotiation process for contracting issues and Terms and Conditions that Oracle cannot accept.- Interacting with several departments (Business Practices, Legal, Audit, License Management, Credit) in order to provide high quality customer service to sales representatives and help protect Oracle’s interests.- Anticipating problems and initiating actions to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently.Achievements and additional responsibilities: -Role of a “Super User” within my team- handling very complex deals, being a point of contact for the members of the organization, working closely with the DPO ( Divisional Process Owner)- Closely monitor and assist new hires (buddy system) to allow them to quickly and smoothly integrate in, and become key players of the team.
