PSMF° Safety Evaluation Reports - SERs • Perform literature search for safety and efficacy data for reporting interval of Safety Evaluation Report • Ensure timely submission of Literature review to EAA PSUR Team • QC of SER draft report generated by EEA PSUR team • Compiling new RSI in relation with current SER Periodic Safety Updates Reports - PSURs • QC of PSUR calendar generated by EEA PSUR team in accordance to the List of Union reference dates and frequency of submission of periodic safety update reports (EURD) Addendum to Clinical Overview - ADCOs • Ensure timely submission of ADCO to RPPs Drug Safety Activities • Triage of Spontaneous cases in accordance to the MedDRA conventions and Company portfolio • Triage of Literature cases in accordance to the MedDRA conventions and Company portfolio • Line listing extraction for Non-EEA Safety updates for products existing in Company portfolio Medical Review • Check the accuracy of MedDRA coding in accordance to the MedDRA conventions • Evaluation and validation of individual case safety reports including Clinical Study cases • Evaluation and validation of individual case safety reports including Authority reports • Assess of review the seriousness at event and case level • Complete a causality assessment of each suspect drug and adverse event • Assess review of the seriousness against the SPCs of the countries where the product is authorized • Perform follow-up activities for Pharmacovigilance reports Medical Information • Respond to Medical inquiries and Product Complains received for Sun Pharma products and perform follow-ups • Maintenance of logging system for all Medical Information, Product Complaints and ADR reports
