> IT Data Management support for DELFI project: learn about the project and the new IT platform, team-up with the project team members, coordinate over 80 business colleagues to move to the new DELFI IT platform with their day-to-day activities.> In the execution phase of the project, phase 2 was under my coordination. I validated and refined my approach with business SPOC and relevant team members, I communicated with all business colleagues and worked with them in dedicated groups or one-to-one as needed. The result was evaluated as very good, in time and as a good example for other projects.

> Responsible to support all CREM processes / services covered by CADA (the main application for internal customers);> Responsible to support all CREM IT initiatives and manage CREM IT budget;> Participation in CREM IT projects with business analyst, project management, UAT coordination roles. IN MY BUSINESS ANALYST ROLE role I conducted meetings to understand the needs and actual situation, I created the requirements documentation, I coordinated the activity with the external contractor responsible to deliver the new applications, I coordinated the UAT sessions in order to be able to validate the new solution as requested.

Data management activity with high complexity.

> One Company Distribution Project (5M+)(International project, benchmark on Energy Distribution Companies) - Responsible Controller of the Romania team; Although new in the industry I delivered in time and successfully the requirements.> COGNOS Project (6M+)(Implementation of an IBM integrated solution for Business Analysis on Actual, Forecast/Budget and Reported data – COGNOS BI, TM1, FSR/CDM) – analyse the possible implementation in Business Controlling/ Energy Sales Business / Energy Distribution Business and deliver my findings.> Zenith Program (9M)(Group Performance Improvement Program 2008-2012) - Support, monitor and evaluate the Operational Program results for the 2 Business Lines (Energy Distribution/Sales) and the Support Services (Procurement, HR, IT, Administration/Financial/ Controlling, Facility/Property/Car Fleet Management, Legal departments). > On demand data analysis on Legal files and Energy Sales clients payments contest.

> Being in charge with defining the procedure to create Intrastate Declaration, as part of EU Accession Project, I developed the procedure which covers activities for different departments (operational and financial) and the work-flow between departments (data collection);> The procedure supplies also the technical solution to deliver the Declaration to the Authorities; Developed procedure generated much lower cost than estimated; I received positive feedback even from INS (National Institute of Statistics) representative.
