As Restaurant Manager I was responsible for employing new team members, to order consumables and working replacement equipment using the Procure Wizard system. I was assisting with stock audit, monthly budget reports, rotas scheduling, creating and updating standard operating procedure, also providing training for team members, particularly EPOS training

For the first 3 years in the company I was responsible for all the mechanical and manual work in the vineyards. From 2011 I was in charge of Petrovaselo winery.
