My activity as Brand Manager at MagnaPharm is dedicated towards the promotion of dermato-cosmetics and medical devices, entailing the following main responsibilities:- The identification of growth opportunities and subsequent elaboration of marketing plans to support business development.- The development of the marketing strategy for the allocated brands and the implementation of the devised marketing plan, in order to reach the company's strategic objectives.- The development and implementation of training programs, both internal & external, for the allocated product portfolio.- The evaluation of implemented programs and projects, including field activity.- The monitoring of competitive activity, as well as the degree of satisfaction at consumers' level for overseen product portfolio.- The maintenance of strong collaborations with KOLs and business partners.

Throughout my journey as a Brand Manager, I handled responsibilities for multiple Brands, across several Product Categories, from Wound Care to Incontinence Management products. In this role, my main responsibilities included:- The development of strategies and formulation of objectives for building and strengthening company brands through integrated marketing campaigns and creative projects.- The coordination of cross-functional activities and planning processes, timelines management and ensuring timely completion of all deliverables for the successful placement on the market of products - from labelling to forecasting, to price setting and more.- Close collaboration with the sales team in devising specific strategies for clients and identifying growth opportunities, provide timely reporting to enable the assessment of marketing strategies and activities and formulate strategic recommendations.- Planning and execution of events and promotions, representing the company and providing support as needed at various conferences and congresses, as well as performing other duties as necessary to support the objectives of the division and the company.

As a Marketing Assistant I provided support for the department in developing marketing strategies and executing campaigns in order to reach our company objectives in terms of growth and image. This entailed:- The coordination and execution of a wide range of responsibilities as per the department activities and needs, from market data gathering and analysis, to content and writing and website management.- Planning and organizing of promotional events, active representation of the company to special events, preserving a good communication with clients, as well as with the other departments of the company and supporting my executives in executing all tasks.
