With an eye for beautiful details and a passion for art, I fell in love with photography the first time I held a camera. Driven by my motto of “capturing moments from today, creating memories for a lifetime," I strived to provide my clients with timeless emotions through my photos.My focus was studio photography, including family, portrait, maternity, and business photo shooting.

My responsibilities involved, but were not limited to, the following:1. Maintaining the workshop orders’ database updated2. Contacting the customers post-service interventions and questioning based on defined surveys3. Preparing results based on responses received from customers and sharing them with other concerned departments4. Handling customer complaints by liaising with relevant teams5. Occasionally involved in after-sales service campaigns

The main responsibility consisted of ensuring availability of the products on the shelf and developing merchandising standards. In addition, I was responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with the store personnel and providing reports to the sales team.

The main responsibility involved completing market research questionnaires face to face at respondents' homes by ensuring accuracy and respecting tight deadlines.

The main responsibility involved presenting the new catalogues to potential customers and promoting existing products; subsequently, involved in processing orders and distributing products to the customers. Also, as a consultant, I was responsible of guiding the customers on products utilization.
