Manage the development of proposals for robotic Body Shop Assembly.Responsible to develop system concepts utilizing FANUC standard Product / Designs to address the customers’ Material Handling/ Welding process requirements. This includes managing and initiating proposal engineering efforts and prepare formal proposal documents along with estimating associated material and labor costs.Coordinate and conduct proposal review meetings with sales and engineering.

Support the launch and implementation of the new Q7 wire harnesses project Customer interface regarding engineering issues, modifications and improvements Analyze and implement the design changes desired by the client Collaborates with subcontractors for the implementation of new processes and design changes Determine time of production, personnel costs required to manufacture products Prepare product and process reports by collecting and analyzing information and trends Support the production team in building prototype harnesses Provide necessary documentation for production of prototype harnesses Establish, implement and maintain a quality process program throughout the plant in accordance with quality standards advocated by the company Provide support for production team Perform testing on new components Coordinate and provide work instructions Train the operators when introducing a new product and when changes are implemented Evaluate work stations for ergonomics according to Delphi standard Estimate labor and equipment cost/savings Continuous improvement of the production process and work place organization
