I have been actively engaged in conducting research activities at the INCSMPS since 2019. Throughout this period, I have gained extensive experience in scientific writing and statistical analysis. My involvement has extended to various national and international research projects, with a specific focus on Erasmus+ projects within the Adult Education and Vocational Education and Training (VET) domains.
