-Plan, implement, report, test and document test cases in the given project areaaccording to specifications and creation of tests from scratch- Determine route case of any issues, report it and create test strategies to avoidfuture reproducibility of problems- Work in an Agile environment, according to given tasks, along with the productprocess, existing design and documentation instructions- Improve testing coverage by proposing testing strategies and by using suitabletesting methodologies according to project functionality

- Review and ensure that requirements are clear, testable and consistent with the clinical trial protocol;- Develop testing plans and testing strategies according to risk based testing methodology;- Create, review and execute test scripts; - Author and/or manage the completion of all validation related deliverables on each project;- Validate the correct functioning of clinical trial software with focus on patient safety and integrity of clinical study data; - Document defects and track resolution; - Ensure all activities and deliverables comply with FDA regulations

- Design, develop, execute, deploy, maintain manual software tests- Collaborate with the business representatives contributing to user stories defining, product backlog refinement and suitable acceptance tests sketching- Participate and give feedback in team ceremonies according to the Agile methodology- Provide training to both new employees and existing ones on different areas of the applications and testing process (quality, methods, techniques) - Mentor and coach team members- Solve medium to complex problems by assessing the impact and risk of each issue- Carry out all responsibilities in accordance to the internal Quality Policy and all applicable procedures

- Coordinate team activities and monitor the progress of projects according to KPIs- Evaluate team members performance according to annual objectives- Define testing strategy based on the requirements, estimate testing effort and assign evaluation resources to reach the business goals- Create and keep up to date all evaluation related project documentation- Manage evaluation tasks making sure deadlines and quality standards are met- Provide support for the team members understanding the product and functionalities

- Perform testing on all stages of product development - Work on testing plans and ensure requirements and specifications are met- Write new tests based on project requirements; work on updating legacy tests for high coverage- Prepare tests environments; execute tests; perform audits- Defect registration and verification- Coordinate the work of team members and record progress- Follow up any outstanding open test risks / issues.- Report to senior managers on progress and issues.
