Attached to the CSR manager of Auchan Group, I was responsible for: - Organize the program of social audits in various producing countries (Asia, South America, and Middle East).- Analyze audit reports: draw conclusions, identify problems and make decisions in order to solve them.- Manage and track records of subcontractors, consolidate data (dynamic cross tables) and provide indicators to improve the audit program.
