Apart from the technical issues related to tax consultancy I use to have as a Manager, as Junior Tax Partner I am involved in: - Billing and collection; - Client management and admin related issues;- Business development and marketing related matters;- New business concepts;- Financial management and allocation of costs on practices;- Decision maker at the level of the company;- Head responsibility for entire business aspects of customer relations inclusive of collecting, billing and maintaining team profitability;- Consult and lead multifaceted client activities in broad range of industries;- Develop and motivate engagement personnel and provide them with counselling, leadership and career guidance;- Head responsibility for management, leadership and development of complete service tax practice;- Perform as key client contact for queries related to tax issues;- Held accountability of team members to attain engagement goals;- Head responsibility for engagement planning, organizing and delegating efficiency -- maximization, quality goals achievement, productivity maintenance and exploit realization.

Building and coordinating the tax department, implementing different structures and procedures, having as main responsabilities:Client relationship- Meeting potential and new clients in order to understand client’s needs and provide tailor made solutions, assuring full confidentiality on the information received and treating each client with the necessary personal attention. Our tax practice has a high standard compliance system coming across each business environment, placing the commitment and promptness to the fore; Advisory services:- Providing a wide range of experience in resolving complex issues related to indirect taxes, including VAT consultancy and tax reviews; VAT planning and efficiency schemes for domestic and cross-border operations; assistance with standard and fast VAT refund procedures; VAT representations; assistance during tax inspections; support and advice during appeals;- Qualified to advise on all aspects of different investments in Romania, and the structuring of those investments in terms of corporate tax, withholding tax, dividend tax and local tax regulations.
