P2P Tasks: ▪ Monitor vendors invoices workflow and resolve those exceptions that cause automatic flow blocking ▪ Verify the accuracy of the documents and do the needed rectifications, before being transferred to bookkeeping ▪ Ensure vendor master data management: review and create new vendors in the systems, update vendors details, disable vendors in the system etc.▪ Process payments of: vendors invoices, Basware employees travel and expense claims, taxes to authorities etc.▪ Perform account reconciliations▪ Support and train Basware employees on Purchase to Pay & Travel and Expense Management processes and systems usage; ensure their compliance with internal policies▪ Cooperate with auditors on Accounts Payable related matters during the audits▪ Act as Main User for the systems used: report system issues, request, test and take new functionalities into use, drive system improvements in case these are useful or neededTreasury tasks: ▪ Handling manual payments for all subsidiaries and parent company to local institutions, customers and inter-company transfers and nettings▪ Oversight of the company’s bank account structure ▪ Assist with the execution of all cash management, liquidity planning and cash forecasting responsibilities

▪ Delivering power procurement services to the NHHM market (UK clients)▪ Coordination of energy procurement tenders, setting up tender timelines in order to ensure that the trade and the registration of supplies are completed prior to contract start date▪ Analysis of all offers received and negotiation of prices, pricing structures and terms and conditions of supply to meet with the clients' needs ▪ Establish great working relationships with UK Energy Suppliers and Relationship Managers ▪ Ensure I am up to date with the latest changes in the energy industry and keep the Relationship Managers apace of developments within the supply market▪ Good knowledge of energy related terms and regulations▪ Validating consumption data and company/site details

▪ Contract negotiation and general support in the energy business▪ Performing tender exercise or contract renewals, ensuring compliance with internal procedures▪ Collecting, validating and reviewing consumption data, loading data into the EQ systems▪ Reconciling multi site groups with lists from suppliers, to make sure accurate site lists are maintained within EQ systems▪ Creating tenders and managing all contractual paperwork during and post tender▪ Handling any issues or queries from either client or supplier.
