YES Communication, who are they ?They are a creative-led experiential event production agency that helps brands connect, engage and evolve.To put it simple, they (we, when I was part of the Team) create strategic integrated experiences that form a human connection between brands and their target audience.Team players, passionate and talented who deliver exceptional results.Some of my responsibilities when I was part of the team included:* Developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and respond to their needs.* Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.* Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success;* Prepare budgets and ensure adherence;* Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers, organize purchasing details. * Be in charge of hiring personnel (DJ's, hostess, etc.)* Training of all persons involved so as to follow specific procedures, coordinating all operations.* Lead promotional activities for the event.* Supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.)* Team management : setting the objectives of each role* Approve all aspects before the day of the event.* Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.* Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports.

Campaigns set up, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. • Conducting pitches, working with PR, branding and digital marketing agencies. • Drafting the annual Catalog.• PR actions: drafting press releases and publishing them on own channels and via the PR agency in order to increase HempLove visibility.
