Palas represents a premiere, both for Romania and for the real estate portfolio of the Iulius Company, being the largest private investment ever made in north-eastern Romania, its total value being euro 265 million.Responsabilities :- Organized the International Street dance Competition: “City Jam”, arbitrated by Emilio Austin Jr. (a.k.a. Buddha Stretch), the founder of street dance, and 2 other Hip Hop International board members;- Part of the team that managed the Guinness World Record event of the most sky lanterns flown simultaneously;- Offered support in the organization of the 4 days event celebrating the opening of Palas Iasi ensemble;

- Organized the Grand Opening Event of Iulius Mall Suceava. - Implemented a complete marketing campaign (teaser and reveal) in order to promote the opening of the first mall in Suceava and to increase the brand awareness.- Contributed to the annual marketing plan.- Directed the organization of mystery shopping program within the mall and sales trainings for the tenants’ employees.- Increased the company’s revenue through advertising sales.- Reduced the marketing costs for both Easter and Christmas campaigns through signing strategic partnerships with car dealerships. - Maintained the relation with all mass-media channels.- Planned and implemented marketing events and campaigns in order to increase the customer traffic- Represented the company in the relation with the clients, tenants and partners

International Trainers’ Congress took place in Romania in April 2007 and gathered more than 140 international delegates, 400 Romanian students, 5.000 participants in a cultural gathering in the University Square in Bucharest, involvement of more than 15 companies and which had as a special guest the President of Romania.Responsibilities:- Media approach and partnerships- Wrote press releases, articles, promotional adverts, official invitations.- Maintained the relation with the mass-media.- Organized the press conference.- Organized the Opening Ceremony of the Congress at the National Theatre in Bucharest.- Maintained the contact with the Presidential Administration regarding the presence of the President of Romania at the Opening Ceremony. - Event follow-up
