I am looking to expand my network and knowledge in clinical operations, clinical trials, portfolio, pipeline development, in biotechnology and pharmaceutical, startups, health, global organizations and NGOs, because I want to keep expanding these skills: knowledge of rare diseases, cross-functional collaboration, and neurodevelopmental disorders.I have gained experience working in pharmacogenetic biomarkers in digestive oncology, lysosomal storage diseases (LSDs) like Niemann-Pick type 1, Chediak-Higashi Syndrome, Hermansky-Pudlak syndrome and the Gangliosidoses, and studied patients with ultra-rare, novel, and undiagnosed diseases, as evidenced by spearheading over 50 protocols and procured 6 awards including 2 from the National Institute of Health. Being strongly driven to succeed, I have established and driven process optimization by successfully isolating, phenotyping and genotyping more than 100 fibroblast cell lines from diverse patient skin biopsies, and developed several mouse models using CRISPR/Cas9; providing valuable resources for various therapeutic studies and advancing potential treatment options.- Cross-functional collaborator who pioneered biomarker identification strategies for studying rare diseases and designing proof of principle studies and fostered 6 successful clinical trial collaborations.- Ability to drive innovation with strong compliance management aptitude demonstrated by establishing the implementation of the Romanian National Working Group for Rare and Undiagnosed Diseases flawlessly collaborating with over 150 senior leadership and KOLs in the medical field, government, and medical institutions. - Leadership and quality assessment skills to spearhead the regulatory evaluation of hospitals, evaluating the 5-year program of 23 esteemed Healthcare Providers (HCPs) within the prestigious European Reference Networks (ERNs).- Global work experience across multiple disciplines, including rare diseases, healthcare evaluation, and biomedical consulting, and a unique combination of academic qualifications in Ph.D., MBA, Pharmacy, Law, and Psychology to provide comprehensive insights and solutions.I want to serve an organization that prizes accountability, authenticity and collaboration among its employees.
