Assistant Manager
Current- Providing support to the management team in the existing processes- Providing support in the pre-employment process- Managing HR documents and employment activities- Keep in touch and ensure the transmission of information and documents to our providers: SSM, PSI, and Labour Medicine- Managing the monthly timesheets of the company's employees- Keeping records of contracts with service providers and their validity: payments, periodic checks, authorizations, technical inspections- Preparing reports required by the management- Managing the correspondence and other administrative activities- Monitoring office supplies and placing orders when necessary
