I have done Masters of Social Work from Nirmala Niketan and has spent 16 years working across various CCDT programs including the Community Development Program, RMNCH + A, Community Development Project and Child Protection.My role is to build various skills including program management and has thoroughly shaped values and principles. I admired that CCDT works to fill the community’s needs and not the donor’s criteria, and strives to empower communities to become sustainable. For me “every day is new and there’s so much to learn from other staff members, children and the community at large.”
