Ram has closed to a decade of rich HR experience in Information Technology, Services and Consulting industry. The last 5 years have seen Ram in key Lead roles across various HR functional areas in India, Singapore and Middle East countries. Ram serviced as a Lead - HR Business Partner in a Global Technology Firms, before that he was lead the off-shore Technology staffing vertical of various HR service providers and he was associates Technology staffing vertical. He has involved and handled Business Consulting and HR Practice in various consulting companies like EGB Systems & Solutions, DextPro LLC etc, Ram was very fascinated in providing Training & Coaching for various resources from corporate companies, Colleges & Universities, B Schools and rural people. For the past 7 yrs he has recruited / trained more than 10,000 people from fresher to CxO levels across various verticals and technologies.Ram holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering (Computer Science and Engineering) from Anna University and an MBA HR from Annamalai university. Currently he is doing research work in Human Resource Management (Ph.D in HRM) with MS University. He holds various technical and functional skills certifications and active member of various HR clubs.
