I have developed skill to work/take work and act as coordinator and facilitator on different models of Public Private Participation (PPP). Project may be any e.g. Ring Road, townships, residential, institutional commercial schemes, supply system of filtered non filtered water with balancing reservoirs, Development of hills, Construction of Tunnels, Sewer system, Tourism spots, Elevated roads, Flyovers, religious places, parks, amusement parks, Snow parks etc with VASTU principles. Especially on B.O.T. basis, I have conceived a Rupees 6000 Crores project of construction of Access Controlled Expressway around Jaipur City, known as Jaipur Ring Road in which the adjoining lands will be residentially and commercially developed to make the project viable.I have an outstanding academic record and have been a scholarship recipient throughout my school and college education with Post Graduation from the Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok through Commonwealth Scholarship.1. Worked as Chief Engineer Public Works Department (Building and Roads) and Officer on Special Duty with Minister PWD from 01.04.1992 till 30.09.2003 when retired in which, one year from September 2002 to September 2003 was as Director in Jaipur Development Authority.

Promoted as Additional Chief Engineer, Public Works Department (Buildings and Roads) on 31-12-89. Placed at FIRST POSITION in the merit list.

Promoted as Superintending Engineer (M), in Public Works Department (Buildings and Roads) on 16-03-77. Placed at FIRST POSITION in the merit list.

Promoted as Executive Engineer (M), in Public Works Department (Buildings and Roads) on 27-12-1971. Placed at FIRST POSITION in the merit list.

Selected by Rajasthan Public Service Commission, Ajmer in 1967 for the post of Assistant Engineer (M), in Public Works Department (Buildings and Roads). Placed at FIRST POSITION in the merit list.
