With over nine years of work experience in the manufacturing and IT sectors, I am a Production And Quality Manager at BABA QUARTZ, a leading producer and exporter of quartz products in India and abroad. I have a BA in Political Science and a strong background in hardware and networking, which enables me to handle complex and challenging projects with a problem-solving mindset.At BABA QUARTZ, I lead and manage the production and quality control processes, from machine resources evaluation to workflow policies optimization. I oversee a workforce of 60+ employees, and set and communicate ambitious production goals. I also strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines, and report any problems or obstacles to senior management. I am responsible for ensuring that all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines, and that the product integrity is not compromised. I also create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels, and provide motivation, support, and guidance to all staff. In addition, I am involved in developing new products and selling silica sand quartz grain lumps. I leverage my hardware and technical support skills to troubleshoot any issues that arise in the production process, and to ensure that the IT systems are functioning smoothly and securely. I am passionate about enhancing the quality and efficiency of quartz products, and contributing to the growth and success of BABA QUARTZ.
