Talent Acquisition & Recruitment  Expertise in setting up new business units from scratch—one of the initial team members at Miraj Group & Adecco for Talent Acquisition. Hands on experience in handling Permanent, Temp as well as Contract positions. Hands on experience in fulfilling Niche positions, Leadership hiring, Volume / Mass Recruitment, Campus Recruitment, Contract / Temporary Staffing, Start-up Hiring, Total Recruitment solutions for green field projects. Team Management: Managed 3- 4 members team of talent advisors, sourcing specialists, contractors, RPO members directly & and responsible for their performance. Strong in Negotiation and Candidate management with good offer to joined ratio (100% to 80%). Experience using Job sites like -Naukri, Indeed, Monster and IIM Jobs (for premium institutes alumni and senior roles). Hired resources for niche as well as bulk skills. Source and attract talents for different skills by Social media, Campus, Training Institutes, walk-in, Employee Referral, Job Boards, Headhunting, Field sourcing, Job Fairs, Networking, Blogs, Career page and internal database Experience working on various ATS systems – Hirecraft & ZOHO2. • Understand the Job specification and decide TAT (Turnaround Time) to close these positions• Work Force Planning, Understanding Manpower recruitment on discussing with departmental heads; resourcing both internal and external manpower through screening Resumes.• Evaluating the requirements understanding the skills required, identifying the possible sources, selecting the best candidate and fitting them into the system.• Source candidates from the Job Portals like Naukri, Monster, our own Database, employee referrals & Head Hunting• Scheduling interviews; conducting various screening tests such as Aptitude Test, Group Discussions & Technical Test and holding final round of Interview with relative Department Heads; handling joining formalities on-boarding & induction.• Enhancing company’s Data Base for Recruitment Sourcing for Future• Mention weekly status of Recruitment, Number of Candidate Short listing, Selection, and Joining.
