I am a Administrative Officer at We Concern Company Limited, a leading provider of health care solutions for the society.In this role, I oversee the day-to-day operations of a team or department, providing guidance and support to team members, ensuring that tasks align with organizational goals, and fostering a positive work environment. I also play a key role in decision-making, resource allocation, and performance evaluation, contributing to the overall success of the team and the organization. I have a strong background in mechanical engineering, having worked as an Engineer at National Petrochemical Industrial Company and a Supervisor at Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. In these positions, I applied my technical expertise and simulation and modelling skills to design, develop, and maintain systems or products, such as piping, pressure vessels, and heat exchangers. I collaborated with cross-functional teams, analyzed problems, proposed solutions, and implemented designs, ensuring efficiency, functionality, and innovation in the projects I undertook. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Project Management at the University of Portsmouth, where I am learning the latest theories and practices of managing complex and dynamic projects in various sectors. I am passionate about enhancing my knowledge and skills in project management, as I believe it will help me to deliver better results and solutions for my current and future employers. I also hold a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kerala, and multiple certifications in quality control, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.
