Real Time Dynamic Simulation Experience:• Provide continuous technical support/troubleshoot for MSi proprietary pipeline simulation software (leak detection system, Virtual metering system, virtual pipeline management) installed within SEA region.• Collecting historical data from site and re-simulate scenarios to troubleshoot on any unmatched data between measured and predicted result.• Provide offline simulation report to client on monthly basis by use real time data, report summary includes predicted Vs measured error (Pressure, flow, temperature), mass imbalance within the line, frozen/bad input data from OPC/PI server, pig arrival estimate time, recommendation to client to rectify/confirm error related issues.• Running the pigging planner utility to check on various parameters like estimated pig arrival time, pig velocities and slug catcher levels.• Provide budgetary proposal/Cost-Time request (CTR) for expansion job, maintenance renewal contract, modification and system upgrade quotation. • Providing post installation technical support and customer training for installed simulation software.Flow Assurance Experience:• Provide technical service support for flow assurance issues, in particular steady state and transient multiphase flow modeling for operations such as start-up, cool down, depressurization, etc. • Perform surge analysis studies using OLGA and PIPENET.• Line sizing for rigid and flexible flowlines and risers.• Assessing insulation requirements for buried and not buried flowlines.• Modeling steady state and transient operating cases in PIPENET and OLGA.• Accessing mini & max operating envelopes for various different operating & production cases.• Carrying out transient studies looking at turn down, shut-in, depressurization, restart and ramp up cases.• Analysis of flow regime.• Fluid characterization using PVTSim and GUTS.• Hydrate management philosophies at normal and turn down operations.

Experience & Responsibilities: •Liaison and point of contact between Client, Vendors, Fabricators and internal departments (Process, Structure, Drawing Office, QA/QC, Procurement and Shipping).•Dealing with contractual Purchase Orders and Variation Orders with Client.
