I worked with Accenture Strategy as a management consultant. My work was more focused towards bringing cost reduction & cost optimization for both direct as well as in-direct cost categories for the client. I have worked on multiple Zero Base Budgeting (ZBB) projects for optimizing SG&A spend through spend analysis, categorization and value targeting. I was also closely involved in projects related to devising sourcing strategies, supplier relationship management and risk management strategies for direct materials.I also had worked on multiple supply chain projects primarily in designing material flow work processes for inbound & outbound logistics and supply chain cost optimization (warehouse cost/ freight/ route optimization, etc.)I was a core team member of the Digital Supply Chain & Operations team and have made significant contributions to pull together the latest and greatest within Digital Supply Chain space. I also have organized multiple digital safaris for internal as well as external audiences.

P&L responsibility for entire north-eastern region for all imported & exported commodities.
