 Handling Team of 16 FTEs. Taking 1st round of Interview of the candidates. Expert in People Management, Escalation Management & Client Management. KPI Monitoring and ensuring all reports are sent to Management, Stakeholders and Reporting team. Ensure all Service level agreement are meet as agreed with Internal & External stakeholders. Root Cause Analysis for the KPIs not meet, providing action plan with justifications. Conducting Daily team huddles and weekly meeting with team to understand the issues/challenges in deliverables. Creating positive and healthy environment in the team, leading in growth for individual and also for Company. Responsible for Goal setting, monthly one on one performance discussion and Yearly appraisal for the Team. Responsible for cross-functional training, in order to enhance team’s knowledge/skills, also helps in business crisis and BCP. Daily/weekly calls with various business owners to understand their requirement and delivery. Review of aged and long pending invoices and providing solution to clear them. Other deliverables like- Approving Leave, Overtime and Shift allowances, Rewards & Recognition, motivating & appreciating the high performers of the team.
