After updation send to client for IFA. After IFA ( foundation and anchor bolt details as well as erection drawing and fabricationdrawing release)any updation in desing or contact drawing will mark and Correction done from vendors. After that we send for IFC and final erection drawing for site work.conduct weekly meeting to discuss progress report. Reschedule the the if any jobs requirement on urgent basis. similar update to the our management.

Review the vender design calculation report based on staad model, as per design basis cross check the design calculation & civil foundation, structural GA drawings. send final design calculation & staad report to client for review, after PE stamping.co-ordinate to vender for preparation tekla model connection & fabrication drawing. cross check the tekla model & fabrication drawing. send final drawings to fabrication shop. resolve if any side query or shop query.
