Roles & Responsibilities: To study the drawings and execute the work accordingly. Prepare and monitoring day to day activity schedule for my respective area of work. Preparing BBS, placing at site and getting approval for the same from client. Maintaining documents of various activities like Daily Progress Report, Daily Labour Report andtimely updating to section in charge. Preparing Subcontractor billing and Reconciliation per month. Maintaining Check list for the Formwork, Excavation and Concrete Pour card. Weekly contacting Pep talk about Safety and Quality to labor various activities in site. Interaction with clients and responding to their issues by taking required corrective actions. Coordinate with supervisors and labors to execute work efficiently.Work Experience: QS, Preparing BBS, Execution. Execution of Structural works as Pump house retaining wall, Pier,Deck Slab, Pump house, Intake well, delivery chamber,forebay structure,OHRS tanks As well ascontrol the quality of concrete for the same at site.Achievements: As our Team Successfully completed a cumulative Concrete quantity of 1,60,000cum.till date meetingall quality requirements. Successfully completed a cumulative excavation quantity of 101000cum. Played a decent role in placing 2,400MT of reinforcement in all structures and maintained a steelreconciliation of 2.1%. Achieved 1.75million safe man hours at site with zero accidents following all safetystandards. As our Team and in my in charge successfully completed a structure delivery cistern in 5.2 month withcumulative concrete quantity of 60,000cum.
