- Respond to various stakeholders for support by providing information or enabling resolution.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to diagnose and resolve network issues quickly and efficiently.
- Respond systematically to operational needs during changes, avoiding service disruptions and maintaining coherence with SLAs.
- Escalate complex or unresolved incidents and record and track issues from beginning to end.
- Coordinate with the regional team during monthly governance meetings to understand and ensure their queries are addressed.
