CurrentNATURE OF JOB LOOKING IN CORPORATION:-• Maintenance of Law Records, Legal vetting of documents pertaining to Security documents agreement bonds of various schemes of Corporation like Hire Purchase, Equipment Leasing, Composite Term Loan and Raw Material Assistance.• Demand promissory note, Letter of continuity, Material Receipt, Bank Guarantee, Rent Agreement.• Partnership deed, Tripartite Agreement, Filing of Recovery suit.• Leading Executive evidence in the Court. Recovery matters, Execution matters in the courts for recovery.• Legal opinion, Cases of Negotiable Instrument Act and Criminal Cases on behalf of corporation presently.• To develop comprehensive and analytical and handling litigations independently by briefing to Counsels.• Preparation of pleadings, written statements, Rejoinder and adducing the erective evidence on the part of “NSIC before District Court and High Court" in Civil recovery suit and criminal cases u/s 138 N.I Act, other v criminal cases, Lodging FIR, looking the matters before High Court Allahabad, Luck now and Delhi, Revision, Appeals and W.P.
