Activities:1.To carry out microbial limit test (MLT) of Raw materials, Intermediates, Finished and control + Stability samples and maintaine it's report and log book. entries. 2.collection of water samples daily from different sources as per shedule to perform water analysis(Purified water, Water for injection, Raw water.) with its respective method and maintained its data and trend preparrtion. 3.To plan and execute media preparation sterilization and calculate it's record. 4.Environmental monitoring of manufacturing, packing and all aseptic area and personnel monitoring. 5.Daily verification of weighing balance . 6.Sterility testing of sterile Raw materials and sterile Finish products and maintained its reports and Log book entries. 7.Monitoring of cleaning and sanitization of microbiology laboratory and maintained its record. 8.Perform sub-culturing and culture suspention preparation. 9.Perform Antibiotic assay test of Neomycin and Gentamycin.10. Area Validation.
