Responsible for : Commissioning of ABS Plant Maintenance of ABS, EPS and SAN Plants Modifications

It was a Citric Acid Plant. I was responsible for selection of appropriate Instruments and Control systems in co ordination with Engg Consultants,Placement of Orders, followups, Erection and Commissiong

It was a Polymenr plant for the manufacturing of SAN Resin. Responsible for the timely execution of the Project and maintenance. Ensuring for proper upkeep of the Equipments, Switch Gears and Instruments.

1. Project: Erection , commissioning , Testing of Instruments and Control Systems, Co Ordination with Engg consultants, Setting up Instrumentation works shop for repairs , calibration and testing 2. Maintenance: being very corrosive plant failure rates of control vales , transmitters and other electronic system was extremely high. Found out solutions in a very cost effective manners, Also reliable vendors were developed to minimize the breakdowns and improve the productivity of the Plant.
