A Mining Engineer from Osmania university Hyderabad of 1977 batch. After a short spell in Coal India ltd joined Steel Authority of India Ltd, Rourkela steel plant in Jan 1978 worked in captive Mines for about 4 years and got transferred to Rashtria Ispat Nigam Ltd where I worked for 14 years. Possessing First class Mine Manager's certificate of Competency and postgraduate Diploma in Business Management. Worked in statutory capacity as Mines Manager in limestone Mines of RINL. Left RINL/VSP in 1995 and joined as DEPUTY CONTROLLER OF MINES in Indian Bureau of Mines, Govt of India, Ministry of Mines upon selection by UPSC. In IBM worked in Goa Region, Jabalpur Region,Hyderabad Region, Nellore Sub Region and southern Zone.As REGIONAL CONTROLLER OF MINES, Bengaluru Region worked from March 2011 to 30/09/2015. Total more than 38 yrs experience. Field of experience relate to mine construction, drilling, blasting, excavation & haulage,production of iron ore Mines, limestone Mines in SAIL/RINL further undertaken operation and maintenance of crushing and screening plant including power winch wagon hauling dystem in captive limestone mine of VSP. In Indian Bureau of Mines experience of about 20 yrs relate to promotion of Systematic Development of Mineral deposits including Scientific Mining, Conservation (Optimum utilisation) of Minerals, Protection of Environment and Prevention of pollution in Mining areas.Subsequent to my Superannuation from Cental Govt service I worked as Advisor (Mines) for JSW Steel at Bengaluru for a period of one year. Now I am at my Native Place,Hyderabad (T.S) engaged as a Freelance Mining Advisor.
