I have an experience in Planning Lessons, Teaching classes, developing students, Administrative works, Training and Placement, Establishment Section, Right to Information, Accreditation and Ranking, Assurance of Learning, Legal related issues, Management issues, International Relations and Consultancy, Ranking, NIRF, AARIA, AISHE, etc. I worked with different organizations such as Kanpur Institute of Technology, Kanpur, Apollo Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and institutes of national importance, with an experience of more than nine years at the National Institute of Technology, Uttarakhand. Currently, I am working with an institute of national importance, the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur, Recently, IIM Kashipur gained 19th position in the NIRF Ranking. Recently, IIM Kashipur has received a medal for the best emerging institute among others IIMs in country.
