ACCOUNTS (BANKS AND P&L , BALANCE SHEET, VAT RETURNS , SERVICE TAX RETURNS, INCOME TAX CORROSPONDANCE

Job Responsibilities:Ensure statutory compliance with Sales Tax, Service tax, Income Tax, Central Excise, Customs with Import & Export back grounds.Monitoring accounts, outstanding, credit controls, banking Operations with LC & Packing Credit dealing.Analyzing cash flow, cost controls, Budget and pinpointing potential weak areas, suggesting methods of improvement areas.Deal with Local vendors and negotiation the payment dues.Handling with all financial Banking reports with Projected and CMA data's.Statutory complaints like salary / non salary computations records.Monitoring all accounts, receivables, credit controls, banking Operations with LC & PCDay to day accounts transactions & Bank transaction cum LC process.Supported with Customers accounts and Reconciliation & Branch Accounts.Sales Tax & Central Excise monthly returns and assessment work.Direct tax dealing with TDS on income tax works.Bank Reconciliation Work & Supported with internal auditor.Handling with cash flow & fund flow statement.

Job Responsibilities:Prime task is to issue loans, overdraft & cash credit to customer.Preparing Customer Assessment Memo.Performing financial analysis and giving assistance to RCM submitted by sales.Credit appraisal, Loan sanction & DisbursalEnsuring the control checks i.e. CIBIL, property valuation and internal Dedupe to be followed as per norms.Reviews credit bureau reports and customer payment history to determine the customer's ability to meet payment obligations. Verifying the data with the source documents, doing quality checks' ensuring the work is done meeting all quality and turnaround time SLAs`. Responsible for Credit appraisal as per bank policies which includes both qualitative and quantitative analysis of the customer, considering factors like customer profile, financial health Supervising the process and delivering timely updates at Regional Compliance at central operations.Prepare daily MIS reports to manage process and assess data processing opportunity areas.Reviewing data entry quality with high quality and processing efficiency.
