Roles and Responsibilities:  Understanding project work scope, needs and deliverables, contract milestones, Estimating budget quantities, costs, durations and resources. Cost control by Optimization of Resources utilization. Preparation and updation of project Schedule in (MSP, Microsoft Excel, Primavera 6.0). Preparation of Weekly, Monthly, Annual Backlog And Recovery Schedule. Weekly/Monthly reports generation including ‘S’-curves for client & Management review. Job allocation to all Discipline Engineers and follow up for daily job progress. Daily Drawing status Updating, drawing Correspondence Handling & Distribution. Preparing Of Project Performance & MIS Report (Management Information system) for Every Month Participate in the meeting to Explain about Our Project Stage & How to improve our Project Without any Backlog. Conducting of Weekly & Monthly Review Meeting for Explaining about the Mile Stone Activities & gather the actual deliverable status Co-ordination & Follow upwith various team to conduct HAZID, Design Review, HAZOP, IPF/SIL, Model Review, Alarm Rationlization, SCE, ALARP etc and close out of the actions for the workshops.

Job Description: Engineering, Procurement and Construction of Pipelines (Off plot) - CS with PE, LLRTP, GRE & CS. Piping (On plot) for well Hookup & flowline(Production & Injection), Gas flow lines, Gas lift lines, Water Injection lines, Steam Injection lines and Air supply lines for Off Plot Delivery Contracts (ODC). Construction of civil foundations and Installation of Storage Tanks, MSVs, Manifolds, other Static & Rotating equipments, Instrumentation works and Electrical works tie-in to OHL.Construction of Roads, Ramp, Culverts, Office Building, Control Room Building, Utility Room Building, Car Park, Truck Park, Transformer and Security Room.Roles & Responcibilities - Project Scheduling:Preparing WBS and OBS and finalizing working calendar according to the area assigned for the Project.Preparation of Productivity Chart – Manpower, Plant and Machineries.• Preparation of PMS and Project Monitoring method.• Highlighting the Engineering Constraints and related Drawing deliverables according to the Execution schedule.• Analysis for decision making in regards with Hired and Owned Equipment.• Preparing Delay Analysis for client so that further extension of time and reimbursement of cost can be taken into account.• Preparing Management Information System (MIS) for our Top Management on Monthly basis for Internal Review.• Updating the Milestone Achievement as well as Updating Target Date with reference to Baseline Date in Primavera. Crunching the schedule to avoid extension of finish date.• Comparing Forecast and as on date cost report against the scope of work and finalizing the figure by taking the competitive profit margin.• Evaluated the cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, tracking actual costs relative to bid as per project progress• Interfaced with Engineers, Contractors and Sub-Contractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates• Booked Shutdown activity in Sap for Operation Team assistance
