• Job Description: Engineering, Procurement and Construction of Pipelines (Off plot) - CS with PE, LLRTP, GRE & CS. Piping (On plot) for well Hookup & flowline(Production & Injection), Gas flow lines, Gas lift lines.
• Preparation of PMS and Project Monitoring method.
• Highlighting the Engineering Constraints and related Drawing deliverables according to the Execution schedule.
• Analysis for decision making in regards with Hired and Owned Equipment.
• Preparing Delay Analysis for client so that further extension of time and reimbursement of cost can be taken into account.
• Preparing Management Information System (MIS) for our Top Management on Monthly basis for Internal Review.
