Job Description: Engineering, Procurement and Construction of Pipelines (Off plot) - CS with PE, LLRTP, GRE & CS. Piping (On plot) for well Hookup & flowline(Production & Injection), Gas flow lines, Gas lift lines, Water Injection lines, Steam Injection lines and Air supply lines for Off Plot Delivery Contracts (ODC). Construction of civil foundations and Installation of Storage Tanks, MSVs, Manifolds, other Static & Rotating equipments, Instrumentation works and Electrical works tie-in to OHL.Construction of Roads, Ramp, Culverts, Office Building, Control Room Building, Utility Room Building, Car Park, Truck Park, Transformer and Security Room.Roles & Responcibilities - Project Scheduling:Preparing WBS and OBS and finalizing working calendar according to the area assigned for the Project.Preparation of Productivity Chart – Manpower, Plant and Machineries.• Preparation of PMS and Project Monitoring method.• Highlighting the Engineering Constraints and related Drawing deliverables according to the Execution schedule.• Analysis for decision making in regards with Hired and Owned Equipment.• Preparing Delay Analysis for client so that further extension of time and reimbursement of cost can be taken into account.• Preparing Management Information System (MIS) for our Top Management on Monthly basis for Internal Review.• Updating the Milestone Achievement as well as Updating Target Date with reference to Baseline Date in Primavera.
