Witness functional test and pressure test for well head control equipment.Expediting of well head and Christmas tree equipment as per client specification for different Product specification levels. Monitor Weld overlay and NDE of well head equipment. Codes and standards used: API Spec 6A, ASME Sec IX, ASME Sec V, AWS D1.1.. etc

Verification of the received raw materials with Material Test Certificate and Heat Numbers. Chemical and Mechanical testing of the received raw materials to confirm with Standards requirement.Dimension inspection of Threading and machining components for High pressure piping system Maintaining Welding Procedure Specification, Welding Procedure Qualification Record as per ASME Sec IX. Conducting Welding Performance Qualification Test to full fill job requirement as per ASME Sec IX.Stage wise job inspection and clearance from the client as per the Quality Assurance Plan and Inspection and Test Plan. Co-ordination with Client, NDT agency and Destructive Test Lab including witness of Destructive Testing.Ensuring the adherence follow up of Welding Procedure Specification at site during welding. Performed the calibration check for machineries with respect to accuracy of the products. Able to understanding Specification’s, General Arrangements, P & ID and Isometrics Drawings. Fabrication, Installation & Pressure Testing of piping systems. Hydro Testing, reviewing and clearing of punch list items. Coordinate and assist Shop Engineers for some technical problems on issued drawings. Coordination with Clients and Consultant on Technical matters at site Answering queries from the Class Inspectorate and Owner. Maintaining Welder Performance Data for material wise and service wise. Inspection of Fit-up, Alignment, Dimension, Visual, Erection of loops as per ISO Drawings.During welding, check proper parameters as per WPS and Procedures Monitor PWHT in special requirements Co-ordinate dimension checks before and after Welding as per special requirement.Witnessing of Hydro test and Pneumatic TestPerform inspection for punch list clearance and reinstatement.

Inspection of following piping systems carried out for the activities such as raw material inspection, fit up inspection , welding procedure and welding parameter controlling as per records and monitoring activities such as measuring ampere and voltage as per approved specification.Inspection of piping components with material Test Certificate and Heat Numbers.Dimension inspection of Threading and machining components for High pressure piping systemPrepare Welding Procedure Specification, Welding Procedure Qualification Record as per ASME Sec IX and API 1104Conducting Welding Performance Qualification Test to fulfil job requirement as per ASME Sec IX.Stage wise job inspection and clearance from the client as per the Quality Assurance Plan and Inspection and Test Plan.
