• Having more than 6 years of experience in Software Testing.• Well versed with Test Documentation (Test Plan, Test Scenario, Test Case, Test Data, Defect Report, and Test Metrics).• Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.• Extensive experience in Desktop, Web, and Mobile Application Testing.• Experience in API testing using Postman and Swagger.• Coordinate with BA, Developers & Designers team to fix and resolve the bugs and prepare Checklist as per the specification and testing done.• End-to-end testing of CX IVR systems, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and demonstrated expertise in IVR and live agent testing using AVAYA, Alorica Contact, Airtel IQ.• Knowledge on SQL to conduct Database/Backend Testing.• Basic Knowledge of Selenium with java for automation testing.
