• Having more than 10 years in Application support. Currently working in production application support. The core technologies and process used in the project are Unix/Linux, shell scripting, Oracle SQL, Service Now, Kibana, Incident Management, Change Management and Release Management.• Working for British Airways client Travel and Transport domain project.• Having good knowledge about the Incident Management and Change Management process (Raising CR, deploying functionalities onto Production system, Post deployment testing, closing CRs etc)• Having experience to work in Linux server administration like User Management, Group Management, LVM, Crontab etc.• Having experience of handling multiple applications at the same time in the project.• Having exposure on tools such as Jenkins, JIRA, KiTE, Splunk, Dynatrace, Service Now, SVN, Git.• Having good knowledge of ITIL processes.• Competency in supporting applications running in Linux Platforms using Shell scripts, commands and other utilities.• Excellent knowledge of Data Center Architecture.• Good knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, SNS, Tag Editor, Load Balancing, IAM, VPC, CloudFront, Cloud Formation, CloudTrail, Storage Gateway, Lambda etc.)• Knowledge of virtualization using Vagrant tool.
