Knowledge in SAP-PM Module.6. Ensuring tools and Spares availability for the maintenance of the equipment7. Adopt and implement a detailed maintenance plan to minimize failures resulting in stoppage of work.8. Ensuring man power availability by preparing proper shift schedule.9. Maintaining records of mechanical equipment on regular basis.10. Possess expertise knowledge of both preventive & breakdown maintenance.11.Carrying out Process improvement activities to increase productivity.12. Responsible for carrying out cost saving activities on daily basis.[ Identifying and implementing possible poke-yoke at shop floor13.Ensuring proper documentation for ISO/TS 16949,0HSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 managementsystem

Hydraulics Maintenance:1. Maintenance of vane pump, piston pump, pressure control valves (Relief valves, counter balance valves, sequence valves, pressure reducing valves and pressure switches).2. Maintenance of solenoid controlled pilot operated direction control, shutoff type directional valves, flow control, modular valves deceleration & check valves.3. Analyse the hydraulic drawing circuits.4. Scheduled maintenance of system internal and external leaks.5. Scheduled maintenance of pressure line filters, return line filters and oil change.6. Daily Inspection of individual pump condition, oil level and oil temperatures in reservoir.7. Perform predictive maintenance of the individual power pack.8. Ensure the availability of required hydraulic spares.9. Attend breakdowns and correct hydraulic systems in different press.Maintenance-Utility & Process:1. Continuous monitoring & preventive maintenance of boiler, PRV stations, Screw compressors, cooling towers, vacuum pumps, single and multi stage centrifugal pumps, vacuum pumps and R.O. plant.2. Maintenance of pneumatic & mechanical control systems as per standard in the plant.3. Design of part drawings.4. Critical spares order & inventory.Operations:1. Initiation of Cleaning-Lubrication-Inspection-ReTightening(CLIT) activities.2. SCADA monitoring & Attending Defective review meeting committee (DMRC).3. Design & follow preventive and predictive schedule maintenance.4. Man power management, building good relationship with internal & external customers..Quality system and safety:1. Following 5S, TPM, CLIT & Safety Practices.2. Breakdown analysis using WHY-WHY, CAPA, MTBF and MTTR.3. Audit documents update for the IATF16949 certification and customer audits.

Doing preventive & predictive maintenance of PTED hangers, baking ovens (ED, sealer & Top coat oven), Exhaust fan system, plate type heat exchangers, conveyors, Gearbox, cyclo drives, pumps, LPG yard , wet scrubber system, chiller, cooling tower, Repair line buffing, sanding tools, Turntable system, fire hydrant system, fire sprinkler, co2 fire suppression system.2. Attending breakdowns, minimizing MTTR, increasing the MTBF & doing CAPA analysis & implement corrective & preventive actions to prevent repeated breakdowns.3. Implementation of 5s activities in shop floor.4. Doing kaizen activities in shop floor.5. Implementation of TPM in shop floor.6. Critical Spare management7. Calibration of pressure gauges, Temperature gauges, Temperature controller s.8.
