I am on study break from professional work before that I used to do this I am a customer service expert in aviation, working as a Passenger Service Agent at Celebi Airport Services India Pvt. Ltd. since Dec 2022. I provide high-quality support and assistance to various airlines and passengers at the airport, handling check-in, boarding, flight meet, baggage claims, and coordination with departure teams. I ensure on-time and smooth flight operations, and manage multiple challenging situations, such as flight delays, cancellations, lost luggage, and special requests. With the help of my team, I have delivered satisfaction and excellence to every customer.In addition to my work experience, I am pursuing two degrees that enhance my knowledge and skills in different fields. I am studying for a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Government excellence H.S.S School No-1 Bhind, which fuels my scientific curiosity and interest. I am also studying for a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), which helps me develop my communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. I am proficient in air transportation, airline ticketing, and support services, and I strive to learn and grow in my role and industry.
